Response Time: You may email Blink for website support. Our response times are listed here, according to the package you have selected. Our response times do not indicate a solution time. For details on a solution timeframe, please expand the next field.
Design and Development: Design and Development are limited to current content changes and fixes. This can be additional information added to an existing page such as the change of an image or added text content. This can also be the addition of a blog or post page that does not require any new page design and or development.
Automatic Updates: Automatic updates are necessary for websites to function optimally, but can sometimes cause discrepancies or conflicts within the site. We recommend consistent monitoring to be sure that all pages and functions are working properly amidst updates. If you notice a discrepancy or conflict on your website, please reach out to us as an automatic update may be the cause. We can restore a backup of your website and crosscheck new versions to ensure everything works properly together. Read more about our WordPress Plugin Update Policy.
Solution Time Estimates:
- Minor Updates (Text Edits, Image Changes, Small Fixes)
- Estimated Time: 1-3 business days
- Bug Fixes & Troubleshooting (Functionality Issues, Broken Links, Performance Issues)
- Estimated Time: 2-5 business days
- Time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. If the issue lies with a third party, our solution time could be impacted. Blink will keep you apprised of status updates.

Website Emergency Policy.
At Blink Advertising, we prioritize urgent website issues to ensure seamless operations. However, not all issues qualify as emergencies.

- Requests for feature updates or new enhancements
What Qualifies as an Emergency?
- A website that is completely down and inaccessible
- A website that fails to load entirely
- A website with a severely broken design affecting usability
- A website experiencing a security breach or critical vulnerability
- Login issue

Website Hosting Plan Payment Terms.
Monthly contracts will be billed the month prior to service.
Additional Notes
- Maintenance hours do not carry over month to month.
- Any design or development work that exceeds your plan’s monthly hours—or involves complex programming—will be quoted separately.
- If you choose to move hosting and maintenance services to another vendor at any point in time, Blink must receive 60 days notice.
- Blink may change packages or rates with a 60 day notice to the client.
- Certain plugins may require an additional monthly or annual cost.
